Lundi matin, radiookapi.net a rencontré le tout nouveau procureur général de la République dans son ancien bureau de conseiller au parquet général de la république. Mushagalusa NtayondezaNdi, qui est-il ? Eléments de réponse dans ce bref portrait.

L’actuel procureur général de la République est âgé de 61 ans. Il est né dans la ville de Bukavu ou il a fait ses études primaires et secondaires.
Il obtient sa licence en Droit à l’Université Lovanium de Kinshasa en 1974. Une année après, Mushagalusa Ntayodenza fait son entrée dans la magistrature au parquet de la sous-région de Kananga.

Après 13 ans dans cette ville du Kasi-Occidental, il est transféré tour à tour à Kamina, au parquet de grande instance de Buta, à Lubumbashi comme avocat général de la Cour d'appel puis au parquet général de Bukavu avant d’être nommé avocat général de la République au parquet général de Kinshasa en 2000. Depuis lors, il est resté dans la capitale ou il va occuper les fonctions de conseiller auprès de cabinet du Procureur général de la République sortant.

Le nouveau Procureur général de la République est « marié et père d’une nombreuse famille », nous a-t-il affirmé. "

I think we shouldn't put the welfare of one place in just the hands of people from that place, as congolese we need to work for the purpose, building the country, devellopping the infrastructures and...
